2010
Andrew transitioned from a career in commercial fishing to a more stable, home-based life.
He began employment at a marketing agency with locations in New Haven Syndicate and Dallas, Texas. Simultaneously, he joined a consulting firm, Energy Edge, to learn and gain knowledge in the Energy Business.
Andrew started selling licenses for the Energy Engine and eventually acquired his own client in 2012 while Focusing on online fuel sales. He started acquiring clients, initially consulting around online fuel sales.

After identifying a niche market in online fuel sales, Andrew embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to acquire his own clients. This began with extensive research into the energy industry, understanding the dynamics of supply, demand, and digital marketing strategies tailored to this specific sector.
As the business grew, Andrew began to attract the attention of larger, more prominent clients in the energy business. This shift marked a significant milestone, transitioning from small-scale projects to handling substantial contracts with major players in the energy industry.

Andrew founded Maderia Group.
The company began acquiring more clients.
Maderia Group began acquiring more clients.
Bryce joined the company as Marketing Consultant.
2018
2020
Andrew Maderia relocated back to Staunton, Connecticut, during COVID-19. Shaunie joined as a Marketing Consultant and Project Manager.
Ken joined the company as a Marketing Assistant to support us with the execution of various marketing campaigns.
Andrew Maderia expanded his consultancy services within the energy sector among his existing clients. He launched Youtube and Spotify podcast “Let’s Talk” with Energy Business Experts.

The team expanded with Kamy, Adi, and Kristine as Marketing Consultants.
Maderia Group aims to work with more propane companies, expand into the western United States, and grow its client base significantly.
